The second phase of the WOW!Hub office project for BAT DBS is the development of the concept we began in 2024, when we created the first part of the office space for this organisation. The new stage, located on a different floor of the same building – P180 at ul. Puławska 180 in Warsaw – represents an extension of the original concept, visually consistent but enriched with new functions that complete the overall rhythm of the office.
This stage focuses on the shared spaces – a representative reception that builds the first impression of the company, a flexible event and training space that allows for the organisation of various meetings and initiatives, as well as the kitchen and common areas – designed as places for everyday integration and collaboration. These are spaces that not only respond to the team’s operational needs, but also support internal dialogue, relationships and everyday exchange.
Every design decision was made in response to the organisation’s specific needs – taking into account the work style, company culture and user expectations. WOW!Hub Phase II is not just the development of a space – it is a conscious building of a work experience that supports the people, culture and ambitions of BAT DBS.
The project was carried out by a design team consisting of: Konrad Krusiewicz, Marta Konarska-Smykiewicz, Martyna Bosek and Natallia Wasilewska.
