Marta Konarska-Smykiewicz

Lead Designer / Director

A graduate in Art History and Interior Architecture from PJATK and the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, specialising in Interior Design.

Marta has been part of the team since 2017. At The Design Group, she manages the work of the design teams. She also takes full care of clients, develops concepts, leads projects, coordinates them and oversees work on site.

She loves working in a team, new challenges and beautiful interiors. In design she focuses on functionality, and when working with clients she looks for original solutions. She values the courage to pursue unconventional ideas.

So far she has led projects for companies including: Sanofi, Accor Orbis, Autodesk, OLX Group, PwC Service Delivery Center, Provident Polska, Technip FMC.
