The Wow!Hub office of BAT DBS is a harmonious blend of classic and modern, created with the future of work and the dynamic needs of employees in mind.
Unlike traditional office layouts, the WOW!Hub office does not assign fixed workstations, but instead offers various types of spaces and ergonomic desks, supporting both individual work and collaboration between teams – from single quiet workstations, a library and focus rooms, to breakout areas, phone booths and meeting rooms.
The office promotes values such as respect, inclusivity and a shared mission. We took care of the neurodiversity of the spaces, which are not only flexible but also adapt to the dynamic requirements of teams and individual preferences. That’s why, together with BAT DBS, we invited the company’s employees to actively participate in creating the space, which made it possible to create an inspiring work environment that reflects the team’s unique character.
The office interiors radiate timeless classic style, enriched with modern elements. The materials used, such as dark wood, leather, navy and chrome, create a carefully composed combination that emphasises the elegance and character of the office. Additionally, neon signs, company slogans and colourful accents in line with BAT’s visual identity reinforce the company’s identity and create an inspiring work environment.
The entrance zone impresses with comfortable seating surrounded by greenery, creating an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. The round seats are not only comfortable but also functional, allowing employees to use them during their everyday tasks. This zone also features info screens providing up-to-date information about office events, creating a dynamic atmosphere. The materials used in the project both highlight the aesthetics and reflect ecological principles. Next to the entrance zone is the jungle room, full of greenery and free of electronic devices, which serves as a place for recharging as well as focused work.
Both floors of the office also feature a specially arranged parent and physiotherapy room, where employees can use the services of a physiotherapist, and parents can find a moment of privacy. The chillout zones also provide all employees with a place to relax and find inspiration. A kitchen in pastel colours, a coffee point, and a game room called “Wiedźmin” – all of this was carefully tailored so that employees feel comfortable and have access to various forms of rest.
The project also incorporated a large amount of greenery, bringing freshness and nature into the office and having a positive impact on employees’ well-being. Thoughtfully designed spaces such as the jungle room and breakout area create places for both relaxation and creative work.
Additionally, we designed the office with employees’ four-legged friends in mind. The special pet-friendly space is an expression of BAT DBS’s care for the diversity of employees’ lifestyles and an atmosphere of freedom and comfort. It’s a place where spending time with a pet not only brings joy but also builds additional bonds between team members. In this way, the company creates an atmosphere in which every employee can feel relaxed and comfortable, emphasising that care for employee well-being is a priority in the Wow!Hub office concept.
