The aim of the project was to create a modern, employee-friendly space. The colour scheme is based on strong contrasts of white and black, enriched with walnut veneer that adds elegance to the interior. Characteristic of the design are the angled lines and slanted forms appearing in many design elements. The interior was enriched with vibrant furniture colours and green walls contrasting with the monochromatic character of the overall concept.
In the Office Superstar competition, organised by the consulting firm CBRE, this office was the winner in the “Best Office in the BPO/SSC Industry” category – XL CATLIN – with the jury’s reasoning: “For the most people-centric approach to office design in the industry, combined with effortless elegance.”
The XL CATLIN office also featured in the ORACLE (2017) ranking as one of the five most innovative work environments in the world, alongside projects from the USA and Australia.
