Interior Design
We design office interiors that combine functionality, aesthetics, organisational identity and the real needs of users.
Based on strategy, brief and analysis we create a space concept that supports the company’s way of working, strengthens organisational culture and builds a positive experience for employees and visitors.
When does an office stop supporting the brand and the team?
The interior no longer reflects the company's identity and values.
The space does not support daily team collaboration.
There are no spaces for focus, rest and confidential conversations.
Materials and furnishings are outdated or poorly functional.
Interiors comfortable for everyone
In our projects we apply inclusive design principles. This means creating interiors that are comfortable for different people — regardless of age, role, working style, level of mobility or sensory sensitivity. We design spaces for collaboration, focus, rest, confidential conversations and informal meetings, balancing energy and calm.
ESG-compliant materials
An important part of the project is also the responsible selection of materials, furnishings and technical solutions. We support decisions aligned with ESG and sustainability principles: durability, the possibility of reusing elements, indoor environment quality, energy efficiency, local sourcing and reducing excess material consumption.

at every stage
Strategy & brief
We get to know the strategy, brief and results of the organisation’s prior analysis. This is the foundation on which we build the interior concept.
Space concept
We create a concept that supports the company’s way of working and strengthens its culture. We ensure a positive experience for both employees and visitors.
Space without exclusions
We account for different ages, working styles, mobility and sensory sensitivity. The result is an interior comfortable for everyone, not just a selected group.
Materials & finishes
We select materials and furnishings in accordance with ESG and sustainability principles. We pay attention to durability, indoor environment quality and local sourcing.
FAQ
Got questions? Find your answers
How long does office interior design take?
The time depends on the floor area and complexity of the space — it is usually counted in weeks, not days. The exact schedule is agreed individually after the project scope is understood.
Can we keep some of the existing furnishings?
Yes, we analyse what can be reused in line with sustainability principles. This reduces costs and unnecessary consumption of new materials.
Do we participate in selecting materials and finishes?
Yes, we present recommendations and options, and final decisions are made together with the client. We ensure choices are aligned with both aesthetics and ESG principles.
What happens after the interior concept is approved?
The approved concept becomes the basis for construction documents and further technical documentation. This is the next stage that prepares the project for pricing and delivery.
